Blaine's Sweetrub.

July 30th, 2009

One meals worth of chicken.
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Seasoned Salt
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Chili Powder (leave this out if you don’t like spicy)
1 teaspoon Paprika (this too)
1 can of soda, or some fruit juice

Mix all the dry stuff together. Put dry spices in one bowl. Pour about half a can of soda in another. Get next to the grill. Dip chicken one piece at a time into the liquid, place on grill. Then sprinkle some of the rub on it. Then flip the chicken over and coat the other side. If you have spices left. keep adding it when you flip the chicken. I think it would be good on ribs too! Add any other spices you like.
